Accessibility

MahWins is meant to be usable by everyone, including players who rely on assistive technology. Mahjong nights bring together players of every age and ability, and the tools for tracking them should too.

Our standard

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across mahwins.com and the MahWins web dashboard. The site is checked with automated accessibility tooling on every significant change, most recently in July 2026, and currently passes with no violations.

What that covers

• Text and controls meet minimum color contrast ratios
• Everything works with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators
• Images carry text alternatives and forms have labels
• Reduced-motion preferences are respected
• Pages are structured for screen readers: headings, landmarks, and language are declared

The apps

The iOS and Android apps support the system accessibility features on each platform, and we keep improving screen reader support and larger text sizes with each release.
