Welcome to MahWins. By creating an account and using the app or the website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Who Can Use MahWins

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using MahWins you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

Your Account

You can sign in with email and password, with Sign in with Apple, or with Sign in with Google. You're responsible for safeguarding your password and your third-party sign-in credentials, and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your login with others. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us at support@mahwins.com.

Content You Post

You keep ownership of the photos, game records, notes, display name, and other content you add to MahWins. By uploading or sharing them, you give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display them in the app and on mahwins.com so that you and the members of your groups can see them, and, if an organizer creates a public standings page for a league you play in, to show your display name and results on that page. We don't claim rights beyond what's needed to operate the service.

What's not allowed

• Posting content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, pornographic, or that infringes someone else's rights
• Attempting to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service
• Using MahWins to spam, scrape, or harvest data on other users
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with anyone
• Circumventing blocks, bans, or rate limits, or creating throwaway accounts to evade moderation
• Adding people to a league by name or email without their knowledge, or keeping a standings page public against the wishes of the people on it

We may remove content, revoke invites, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Groups and Friends

Groups are shared spaces. When you join or create one, you accept that other members will see the games you log inside it and any photos you attach. Group owners can manage membership and roles; any member can leave at any time.

Friendships are bilateral — when you accept a friend request, both sides can see the public parts of each other's profile (subject to your stats-visibility setting). You can unfriend or block at any time from the app. Blocking is bidirectional and final until reversed: it ends the friendship if there is one, auto-declines any pending group invitations between the two of you, hides each side's profile and comments from the other, stops notifications between you, and prevents either of you from interacting with the other. Because a group's game history is a shared record, games you both played in a group you still share stay visible to that group and its scoreboard.

Leagues

A league is a group with a league plan. Its organizers (the group's owner and admins) can add players by name, log and edit games for them, set league rules, run seasons, and create a public standings page and a join link.

If you are an organizer, you are responsible for the people you add. Add someone by name or email only with their knowledge, and publish a standings page only if the players in your league are fine with their display names and results being on a page anyone with the link can open. Turn the page off or replace the link if someone asks you to. You can take a player you added off the roster at any time; their games stay in the league's history.

If you were added to a league by name, the games your organizer logs for you are held for you until you claim them: with the claim code your organizer gives you, by signing up with the email they entered, or by accepting their link request. Claiming moves those games into your account for good.

League Plans and Payments

League plans are sold on mahwins.com and paid through Stripe, in US dollars, plus any tax that applies. A plan covers one group for the period and the number of players (seats) shown at checkout; extra seats are sold separately at the price shown. When a plan ends, organizer tools (adding players by name, logging for them, the join link) pause after a 7-day grace period. The group, its members and its history stay, and everything resumes when the plan is renewed.

Some plans renew automatically. If yours does, we charge the payment method on file at the start of each new period until you cancel. The price and the period are shown at checkout, and we will tell you before a price changes. To cancel, email support@mahwins.com before the current period ends; the plan stays active until then and does not renew.

If you bought a plan by mistake or it did not work as described, email support@mahwins.com within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund it. Otherwise plans are not refundable, including when a season ends early or a group is deleted.

A code we send to a new member of a sponsored league is for that person only. It is single use, expires on the store's schedule, has no cash value, and cannot be resold.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep MahWins running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes in advance.

Disclaimers

MahWins is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MahWins and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. When you do, the account is suspended immediately; if you don't reactivate it by logging back in within 30 days, it and all associated data are permanently removed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of MahWins after a change means you accept the revised terms.
