Welcome to MahWins. By creating an account and using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Who Can Use MahWins

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using MahWins you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

Your Account

You can sign in with email and password, with Sign in with Apple, or with Sign in with Google. You're responsible for safeguarding your password and your third-party sign-in credentials, and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your login with others. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us at support@mahwins.com.

Content You Post

You keep ownership of the photos, game records, notes, display name, and other content you add to MahWins. By uploading or sharing them, you give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display them inside the app so that you and the members of your groups can see them. We don't claim rights beyond what's needed to operate the service.

What's not allowed

• Posting content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, pornographic, or that infringes someone else's rights
• Attempting to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service
• Using MahWins to spam, scrape, or harvest data on other users
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with anyone
• Circumventing blocks, bans, or rate limits, or creating throwaway accounts to evade moderation

We may remove content, revoke invites, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Groups and Friends

Groups are shared spaces. When you join or create one, you accept that other members will see the games you log inside it and any photos you attach. Group owners can manage membership and roles; any member can leave at any time.

Friendships are bilateral — when you accept a friend request, both sides can see the public parts of each other's profile (subject to your stats-visibility setting). You can unfriend or block at any time from the app. Blocking is bidirectional and final until reversed: it ends the friendship if there is one, auto-declines any pending group invitations between the two of you, and hides each side's content and notifications from the other.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep MahWins running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes in advance.

Disclaimers

MahWins is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MahWins and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. When you do, the account is suspended immediately; if you don't reactivate it by logging back in within 30 days, it and all associated data are permanently removed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of MahWins after a change means you accept the revised terms.
